* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. Small creeks and streams have likely reached a peak on Tuesday evening, with only light showers tapering off into Wednesday. But, flooding will persist into Wednesday morning. * WHERE...The southern portion of the Illinois Valley in Josephine County. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 952 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
