* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following counties, Box Elder, Davis and Weber. * WHEN...Until 300 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1259 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ogden, Brigham City, Roy, North Ogden, Hooper, Perry, Willard, Marriott-Slaterville, Corinne, South Willard, West Haven, Pleasant View, Farr West, Harrisville, Plain City, Warren, West Weber, West Warren, Slaterville and Wilson.
