石首市气象台2025年08月13日10时26分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天白天，石首大部分乡镇及街道将出现大雨到暴雨，伴有雷暴大风、短时强降水等强对流天气，最大小时雨强20-40毫米，阵风7-9级，中小河流洪水、地质灾害、城乡积涝风险较高，请注意防范。

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
