Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and storms will continue through tonight. The heaviest rainfall will focus over the northeast plains where rainfall rates up to 1 inch per hour may occur. Rain will generally be lighter further west, but briefly heavy rates cannot be ruled out as far west as the Santa Fe Metro area and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
