Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South Dakota. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
