At 7:19 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to toonie size hail and heavy rain.This severe thunderstorm is located 10 km southwest of Fort McMurray and is moving northeast at 30 km/h.###Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Fast-moving and rapidly rising water can sweep vehicles away and damage infrastructure. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury.
