At 39.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding damages crops and floods pastureland below San Antonio to below Floresville. Secondary roads and low bridges, irrigation pumps, oil field pump jacks and tank batteries flood. Livestock are cut off in low areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 38.4 feet just after midnight tonight. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very humid tropical air and a stalling front will result in heavy rain.
