Winter storm diminishing in intensity today.What:An additional 5 to 10 cm of snow.Storm total snowfall amounts of 30 to 50 cm with higher amounts possible.Reduced visibility in areas of heavier snow and blowing snow.When:Ending this afternoon.Additional information:Snow will ease this morning for most areas, although near the Quebec border the poor weather conditions will persist into this afternoon.Northerly winds gusting 50 to 60 km/h, except up to 70 km/h south of James Bay will result in blowing snow through this afternoon giving reduced visibility.The highest snowfall amounts are expected to remain north of Highway 11 where total accumulations may exceed 50 cm locally.###Roads and walkways will likely be very difficult to navigate.
