* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oregon, including the following counties, Umatilla, Union and Wallowa. * WHEN...Until 700 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and ponding of water on roadways may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1007 PM PDT, Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the last 36 hours. - Additional precipitation amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected over the area through Thursday morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
