IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Morristown, Jefferson City, Dandridge, White Pine, New Market, Baneberry, Piedmont, and Panther Creek State Park.
