Temperatures as of 5am have fallen well below freezing, and patchy ice has formed. Surfaces should gradually dry out from the wind through the morning. Use caution if driving or walking early today. In addition, keep an eye out for trees and wires down in roads from the strong wind overnight. These are especially hard to see until the sun comes up.
