* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills, Interior Seward Peninsula, Lower Koyukuk Valley, Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys, Middle Yukon Valley, North Slopes of the Western Alaska Range, Southern Seward Peninsula Coast, and Upper Kuskokwim Valley. * WHEN...Until noon AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The additional 2 to 5 inches of snow will arrive tonight and continue through early Sunday afternoon. There will be a break, then another front will arrive late Monday night with periods of snow persisting through Wednesday night. This has the potential to bring additional snow accumulations of 6 inches or more to the Western Interior.

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula, Bering Strait Coast, Kivalina and Red Dog Dock, Lower Kobuk Valley, Noatak Valley, Northern Seward Peninsula, and Shishmaref. * WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel may be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Occasional blizzard or near blizzard conditions will continue through this evening. After this round of snow and wind passes through, another much stronger front will arrive Monday night. This will bring southeast wind gusts potentially up to 60 mph in some spots with the greatest chances being in Kivalina. Expect heavy snow and blizzard conditions as well. The worst of the conditions will continue until Wednesday morning, then we will see more modest wind gusts and periods of snow continuing through at least Wednesday night.

Winds gusting up to 35 mph. * WHERE...St Lawrence Island. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility as low as 1/2 mile is expected this evening and tonight with improvement Sunday morning. After this round of snow and wind passes through, another much stronger front will arrive Monday morning. This will bring southeast wind gusts potentially exceeding 60 mph, heavy snow and blizzard conditions once again. The worst of the conditions will continue until early Tuesday morning, then we will see more modest wind gusts and periods of snow continuing through at least Wednesday morning.
