Ending through the day on Thursday from north to south. Remarks: A strong Alberta Clipper will bring heavy snow and strong, gusty winds leading to blizzard conditions over portions of southern Manitoba. Freezing rain over portions of southern and western Manitoba today will also be a hazard.###Travel will be dangerous and likely impossible due to near-zero visibility.
