Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
