西藏自治区气象局1月23日13时发布大风黄色预警： 预计，1月23日20时至24日20时，那曲、阿里东部、日喀则西部、昌都北部有8～9级大风，其中双湖、尼玛、安多、聂荣、革吉、改则、措勤等地阵风可达10～12级，并伴有扬沙天气。 防御指南： 1.防范大风天气对牧区生产生活的不利影响。 2.大风、扬沙天气对航空、铁路、公路等交通运输以及电力、通讯设施和城市运行有不利影响，相关部门应采取防御措施保障安全。 3.做好户外临时搭建物和悬挂物的防风加固。 4.林区、草场加强防火工作,城区注意用火安全。
