At 22:05 on October 18, 2025, the Zhao an County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the northeast wind along the coast of our county will reach 6-7 levels with gusts of 8-9 levels in the next 12 hours, and the northeast wind of Minnan Fishing Ground and Taiwan Shallow Fishing Ground will reach 7-8 levels with gusts of 9-10 levels. Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
