Strong west to northwest winds gusting up to 45 to 55 mph may lead to significant blowing snow in open and rural areas, and to sudden reductions in visibility. * WHERE...In Illinois, Carroll County. In Iowa, Cedar, Clinton, Iowa, and Johnson Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
