克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州气象台2026年7月3日20时42分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今日夜间至5日白天，我州大部断续有6级左右西北风，其中阿图什市阿扎克镇、哈拉峻乡、格达良乡，乌恰县县城、康苏镇、黑孜苇乡、膘尔托阔依乡、波斯坦铁列克乡，阿合奇县哈拉奇乡、苏木塔什乡，阿克陶县奥依塔克镇、克孜勒陶镇、喀热开其克乡、巴仁乡有8～9级西北阵风，阿图什市上阿图什镇、阿湖乡、重工业园区、吐古买提乡，乌恰县巴音库鲁提镇、铁列克乡，阿合奇县哈拉布拉克乡，阿克陶县木吉乡、布伦口乡等风口风力可达10～11级，同时，强风时段伴有短时扬沙或沙尘暴，需防范大风天气对农牧业生产、城市基础设施、道路交通等造成的不利影响。

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年7月1日11时03分将高温橙色升级为高温红色预警信号：预计今天午后至3日白天（南疆、东疆到6日），南疆盆地、吐鲁番市、哈密市和克拉玛依市、石河子市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州等地的部分区域40℃以上，吐鲁番市、哈密市、巴州南部等地的局部区域45℃以上，吐鲁番市局地50℃以上。此次高温具有极端性。请注意防暑降温和用火用电安全，并加强防范山区局地融雪型洪水。
