The Baiyun District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 23:07 on November 16, 2025: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in all towns (streets) in our district will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 24 hours, and the lowest temperature will be less than or equal to 4 ℃.
