寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计14日20时到16日8时，营口鲅鱼圈区气温将下降8～10℃，16日早晨最低气温为-10℃左右；14日20时到15日20时陆地偏北风4到5级、阵风7级，鲅鱼圈海域偏北风6到7级、阵风8级15日8时转5到6级、阵风7级，请做好防寒潮工作，公众应注意添衣保暖，农业注意防风防低温工作。营口经济技术开发区气象台2026年02月14日10时14分发布
