Strong Wind Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that from 5:00 to 20:00 on the 1st, the northeast wind in Bayuquan District, Yingkou will reach level 3 to 4, and then turn to level 4 to 5 with gusts of level 7 around 08:00. The northeast wind in Bayuquan sea area will reach level 6 with gusts of level 7. Please take measures to prevent wind damage, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and take active measures for water operations and passing ships.
