At 1:35 am on September 29, 2025, the Beilun District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Due to the influence of convective cloud clusters, lightning activity has occurred in Xiaogang, Meishan, Chunxiao and other places in our district. It is expected that all streets in our district will have showers or thunderstorms today. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by strong lightning, short-term heavy precipitation, and local 7-9 level thunderstorm winds and other severe convective weather.
