At 1120 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding occurring due to earlier thunderstorms. Areas from Bismarck to Danville were most impacted, with several roads flooded and vehicles stranded. Area weather stations reported 3 to 7 inches of rain has fallen thus far, including 6.40 inches in Bismarck, 5.62 inches at Vermilion Regional Airport, and 4.63 inches at Alvin.
