Strong gusts will be for the entire North Country region Friday and Friday night. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will blow down trees and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds will blow around unsecured outdoor holiday decorations.

Mainly southern Jefferson, northern Oswego, and western Lewis counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute.
