崇信县气象台2026年04月03日14时27分发布大风黄色预警信号：截至目前，我县黄寨、木林、柏树等乡镇已出现9级以上阵风，预计12小时内，我县大风天气将持续，锦屏镇、黄寨镇、柏树镇、黄花乡、木林乡、新窑镇部分地方阵风可达9级以上，并伴有扬沙或浮尘，请注意防范。
