At 02:19 on April 11, 2026, Yibin Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: Cuiping District (Baihua Town, Jinqiu Lake Town, Shuangyi Town, Yongxing Town, Shaping Street, Sipo Town, Shuangcheng Street, Jinping Town, Lizhuang Town, Zongchang Town, Xiangbi Street, Songjia Town, Liduan Town, Mouping Town, Caiba Town, Baishawan Street, Xijiao Street, Anfu Street, Daguanlou Street, Hejiangmen Street) will continue to be affected by strong winds for 12 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above. Please pay attention to closing doors and windows, reinforcing fences, sheds, billboards and other structures. Pay attention to the safety of walking and driving, do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather, suspend outdoor collective activities and water operations, and return the sailing vessel to the harbor for shelter.
