The Chongqing Meteorological Observatory issued a "yellow warning signal for lightning" at 0:30 on September 19, 2026. It is expected that from 0:30 to 6:30 on September 19, 8 towns and streets including Tiaodeng, Xinshan Village, Yuejin Village, Qiezixi, Baqiao, Chunhui Road, Jiugong Temple, and Jiansheng may experience lightning activity within 6 hours, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall of 10-30 millimeters in some areas.
