防汛灾害风险提示

据气象部门预报，15日傍晚到夜间全市自南向北阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量小到中雨，市中南部局地大雨，石阡、江口、玉屏个别乡镇暴雨，并伴有雷电、雷暴大风、短时强降水等强对流天气，最大小时雨强30～50mm，最大累计雨量40～60mm，强降水时段为15日20时至16日05时，16日白天分散阵雨转阴天到多云。由于前期累计雨量较大，土壤含水饱和，强对流天气极易引发泥石流、滑坡、蹦哒、城市内涝等灾害，以及对交通运输、户外高空作业、旅游景区等造成不利影响。请各地各有关部门科学研判灾害风险形势，提前发布预警信息和安全提示，做好巡查巡守、隐患排查等防范应对处置措施，全力减轻灾害损失。
