At 4:47 am on June 3, the Dejiang County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: Currently, fog with visibility less than 200 meters has appeared in the county town, Shaxi, Yantang, Jiancha, Nangan and other towns (streets), and will continue. Drivers are advised to slow down and maintain a safe distance.

Description

Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.

2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen dispatching and command;

At 1:20 am on June 3, the Dejiang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that thunderstorms will occur in towns such as Jiancha, Fuxing, Pingyuan, Hexing, and Yantang in our county within the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other strong convective weather. It is recommended to stop outdoor activities in open areas and stay away from large trees, corners of walls, or places with protruding metal objects.

据气象预报，预计2日下午到3日上午全市阴天有阵雨或雷雨，雨量中到大雨，德江、沿河、江口、万山西部、松桃东部个别乡镇大暴雨，最大小时雨强45～55mm，最大累计雨量100～130mm，强降水集中时段为2日23时-3日6时，并伴有雷电、短时强降水等强对流天气。前期降水偏多，土壤含水量饱和，地质灾害风险高，易诱发滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等次生灾害。请各地各有关部门要充分认识当前防汛工作的复杂形势，加密滚动预报预警，强化预警响应联动，加强地质灾害隐患点、风险斜坡、水库山塘等高风险部位和重点区域巡查管控，认真落实“五有”工作机制和转移避险"四个一律"工作要求，严防灾害造成人员伤亡。遇突发险情灾情第一时间上报，市应急局值班电话：0856-5206570。
