At 10:43 am on February 3, 2026, the Ewenki Autonomous Banner Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for cold wave: within 48 hours, the lowest temperature in Honghuaerji Town, Yimin Sumu, Yimin River Town, Hui Sumu, Xinihe West Sumu, Xinihe East Sumu, Bayantarada Daur Ethnic Township, Bayan Dangang Sumu, Bayan Tuohai Town, and Dayan Town will drop by more than 8 ℃, and the average wind speed in most areas will reach level 5 or above. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.
