At 10:35 am on November 24, 2025, the Mianyang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds in Fucheng and Youxian: it is expected that some areas in Fucheng and Youxian will be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above. Please pay attention to reinforcing fences, sheds, billboards, and other structures. Pay attention to road and driving safety, and do not linger near billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
