Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory continues to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 21:15 on November 10, 2025: Due to the combined impact of Typhoon Phoenix and cold air, there will be gusts of 9-11 levels in Jin an District (high-altitude mountainous areas such as Huanxi Town and Gushan Town) and Mawei District (coastal sea areas and Langqi Town and Tingjiang Town) in the next 12 hours. Please take precautions!
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.

The Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow typhoon warning signal at 19:00 on November 10, 2025: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, was located about 500 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 18:00 on November 10, with a maximum wind force of 12 (typhoon level) near the center. It is expected that the "Phoenix" will move northwestward at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, gradually increasing in intensity. Affected by typhoons and cold air, in the next 24 hours, the northeast wind in Jin an District (high-altitude mountainous areas such as Huanxi Town and Gushan Town) and Mawei District (coastal sea areas and Tingjiang Town and Langqi Town) will reach 6-8 levels with gusts of 8-9 levels, increasing to 8-9 levels with gusts of 9-11 levels.
