At 9:40 am on August 22, 2026, the Natural Resources Bureau and the Meteorological Observatory of Gengma County jointly issued a Level III geological disaster meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the meteorological risk level of geological disasters in Mengding, Gengma, Hepai, Mengjian, Mengsa, Sipaishan, Daxing, Manghong, and Mengyong in our county will be Level III (high risk), which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and collapses.
