At 18:22 on October 30th, the Jiangzi County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of rainfall and snow weather, it is expected that from 19:00 on October 30th to 19:00 on October 31st, some high-altitude sections of G349 Jiangzi section will be prone to snow accumulation and icing, which will have adverse effects on road traffic. Defense measures: 1. Traffic, public security and other departments should take measures to deal with road snow and ice accumulation. 2. Drivers should take anti-skid measures to ensure safe driving.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
