At 11:33 am on December 25, 2025, the Habahe County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 08:00 to 20:00 on December 26, there will be 8-9 level easterly winds in Qibar Town, Qideharen, Longyuan Wind Farm, and along the Ertix River in Habahe County. The G219 Jimunai - Haba River section, G331 Haba River - Burqin section and Buha first-class highway will experience varying degrees of wind and snow.
