哈巴河县气象台2026年2月23日11时16分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计2月23日23时～24日11时，哈巴河县阿克齐镇、萨尔布拉克镇、库勒拜镇、萨尔塔木乡、加依勒玛乡有7～8级偏西风，齐巴尔镇、齐德哈仁、龙源风电场、额尔齐斯河沿线风力可达9级。G219吉木乃—哈巴河路段、G331哈巴河—布尔津路段、布哈一级公路将出现强风吹雪，请注意加强防范。（风力等级为蒲氏风力）
