A polar low will early Friday morning develop at sea west of Troms. It is moving in southeast direction and is Friday morning expected to make landfall at Troms or Vesteraalen. Uncertain forecast but possibly northwest servere gale force 9 at the coast. The low will weaken Friday afternoon.
