鹤岗市气象台2026年3月31日15时55分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计31日夜间至4月1日白天，鹤岗市向阳区、工农区、兴山区、东山区、兴安区、南山区及各乡镇将受大风影响，平均风力4-5级，阵风7级以上，请有关单位和个人做好预防工作。
