河北省气象台2025年11月15日11时54分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受从蒙古东移南下的冷空气影响，16-18日，全省大部分地区平均气温下降8～12℃，其中张家口、承德北部、邢台、邯郸局地下降12～14℃。17-18日早晨，张家口、承德北部最低气温降至-22～-12℃，保定、廊坊及以南地区降至-8～-2℃，其他地区降至-12～-8℃。请注意防范。
