In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and east-central Wisconsin.
