怀宁县气象台2026年02月05日16时10分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号。受较强冷空气影响，我县高河、石牌等大部分乡镇，48小时内最低气温将下降8℃以上，且最低气温小于4℃，平均风力可达5级或阵风8级。请注意防范！
