At 9:32 am on January 25, 2026, the Huining County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue sand and dust warning signal: It is expected that within 12 hours, most towns and villages in our county, such as Huishi, Guochengyi, Xinzhuang, Liujiazhaizi, Baicaoyuan, Dangjiaxian, Dingjiagou, will experience sandstorm or floating dust weather due to the influence of upstream input sand and dust, with visibility less than 3000 meters. At 09:10 on January 25, 2026, the Baiyin Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, the average wind speed in the northeast of Baiyin District, most of Pingchuan District, northeast of Jingtai County, most of Jingyuan County, and northeast of Huining County in our city will reach 6-7 levels, with gusts of up to 8 levels or above, accompanied by sand or floating dust. Please take precautions.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines
