At 09:10 on January 25, 2026, the Baiyin Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, the average wind speed in the northeast of Baiyin District, most of Pingchuan District, northeast of Jingtai County, most of Jingyuan County, and northeast of Huining County in our city will reach 6-7 levels, with gusts of up to 8 levels or above, accompanied by sand or floating dust. Please take precautions.
