陕西省气象台2026年4月18日19时30分发布寒潮蓝色预警：寒潮降温：受强冷空气影响，预计2026年4月19日至21日我省有强降温过程，日平均气温全省大部下降10～12℃，陕北北部、秦岭山区局地14℃以上。其中榆林市、延安市、铜川北部（宜君县）、咸阳北部（旬邑县）气温降幅大，最低气温低，将达到寒潮。预计最低气温：陕北、关中北部出现在20日清晨，关中南部、陕南出现在21日清晨，陕北-4～4℃，关中北部、秦岭山区2～8℃，关中南部、陕南8～12℃。

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅4月17日18时25分联合发布苹果花期冻害风险预警：预计4月19-21日，我省有寒潮、大风沙尘、降水天气过程。其中，陕北主要低温时段在19日夜间至20日清晨，延安西部、榆林大部最低气温可达-4℃～0℃。预计19-21日延安西部、榆林苹果产区苹果花期冻害风险较高。建议上述苹果产区及时采取喷施防冻液、覆草等措施防御冻害；有支架果园及时加固支架防止风害；过程结束后适时采取人工授粉，提升苹果坐果率。
