At 16:35 on November 22, 2025, Jingtai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within 24 hours, the average wind speed in Hongshui Town, Manshuitan Township, Shangshawo Town, Caowotan Town, Sitan Township, Yitiaoshan Town, Luyang Town, Xiquan Town, Wufo Township, Zhenglu Town, Zhongquan Town and other places in our county will reach 6-7 levels, with gusts of up to 8 levels or above, accompanied by sand or floating dust.
