德阳市气象台2026年03月14日04时09分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计旌阳区东湖街道、和新镇、新中镇、双东镇、德新镇、天元街道、孝感街道、柏隆镇、孝泉镇、黄许镇、旌阳街道，经开区八角井街道、旌东街道等乡镇（街道）12小时内将受大风影响,平均风力可达6级以上或者阵风7级以上。请注意防范大风天气生产的不利影响。
