The another moderate to rather strong high-pressure system from China extends to the Northeast and the South China Sea and is expected to cover upper country with isolated thundershowers and strong winds in the first period. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South is strengthening with isolated thundershowers. The moderate winds and waves in the lower Gulf are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
