开江县气象台2026年09月15日16时13分发布暴雨蓝色预警：受高空槽影响，预计15日晚上到16日白天我县将出现一次强降水天气过程，累计雨量大雨到暴雨（30～70毫米），最大小时雨强10～20毫米，地质灾害风险预警等级为3级。请注意防范持续性降水可能引发的滑坡、泥石流、崩塌等地质灾害。
