山西省水利厅和山西省气象局2025年10月8日17时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：2025年10月8日20时至10月9日20时，受强降雨影响，我省吕梁东北部2个县发生山洪的可能性较大（黄色预警）；大同中部和东南部、朔州东北部、忻州、太原、阳泉北部和中部、吕梁西北部6个市36个县可能发生山洪（蓝色预警）。其他地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。
