At 15:37 on January 31, 2026, the Keqiao District Meteorological Observatory in Shaoxing City issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of rain, snow, and low temperatures, it is expected that water (snow) road sections in the mountainous areas of Wangtan, Jidong, Pingshui, Lanting, Lizhu, Xialu and other towns (streets) in our district are prone to road icing from tonight to tomorrow morning. Please pay attention to preventing adverse effects on traffic.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
