The moderated northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. The moderate wind and waves in the lower Gulf are expected about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
