The monsoon trough moves up to lie across the upper North and upper Laos into an active low pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. Less rain are likely over the country with isolated heavy rains in the North and the Northeast. The wind and wave in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high, the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf are about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters high in thundershowers.
