Ice accumulations generally between two tenths and four tenths of an inch, with locally higher amounts possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern New York and Vermont. * WHEN...From 7 PM Sunday to 4 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Isolated power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest freezing rain will be Sunday night and early Monday morning. Winds gusts up to around 40 mph will occur late Monday and Monday night.
