省自然资源厅联合省气象局2025年9月5日18时07分发布第63期地质灾害气象风险橙色预警：预计9月5日20时-9月6日20时，汉中市西乡县东南部局地、镇巴县中部，安康市汉滨区中东部局地、汉阴县中部及西部局地、石泉县南部局地、旬阳市西北部局地发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险高（橙色预警）；西安市周至县，汉中市汉台区、南郑区、城固县、洋县、勉县、宁强县、西乡县、镇巴县、佛坪县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、旬阳市、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、恒口示范区、高新区，商洛市商州区、洛南县、丹凤县、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年09月05日17时20分发布第83期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年09月05日20时至2025年09月06日20时，汉中市镇巴县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、旬阳市等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警）,汉中市西乡县，安康市石泉县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、白河县，商洛市商南县等县发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,汉中市南郑区，安康市镇坪县，商洛市丹凤县、山阳县、镇安县等县（区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。
